This is our 2nd time coaching soccer! I played up through 8th grade (Rec League Champs, no big deal!), and Dan played in a makeshift night soccer league for a bit, which is to say: we don’t really know what we’re doing!!

But we had a ton of fun last year and we learned a lot that we can’t wait to apply this season!

  • Goal #1: Make Practice the Most Fun Night of the Week

    We want them talking your ear off about it on the way home. Last night’s practice should be the hottest topic at recess the next day.

  • Goal #2: Create Besties for the Resties

    We want them to invite each other to their birthday parties this summer. I want them to beg to be on the same team again next season.

  • Goal #3: Show Them Why the World Loves Soccer

    It really is a beautiful game.
